Refunds

Short version: we do not offer refunds on custom angel-name graphics or archive-shop purchases once payment has gone through. These are made-to-order digital pieces, not a returnable object.

What that covers

• Archive shop checkouts (the priced graphic you pay for at Stripe)
• Any paid custom request once we have started the work or taken payment

Changing your mind, not liking the finished style, picking the wrong graphic, or a typo in the angel name after we have begun are not refund reasons. Read the preview and the name carefully before you pay or send the request.

The only exceptions

Contact us and we will make it right if:

• Stripe charged you twice for the same order
• You paid and we never delivered the file, and we cannot complete it

In those cases we may refund the duplicate or failed charge, or remake the piece. We do not refund because a chargeback is easier than writing us — please message the studio first.

Free requests

If a graphic request is offered without a fee, there is nothing to refund. We can still decline or close a request that we cannot make.
