Audrey’s Angel Graphics (“we”) runs this site. This page is how we handle information you give us. Questions: contact us or email aaggraphics@protonmail.com.

What we collect

Only what we need to make your graphic, take payment, or run an account:

• Name, email, and angel name from the request form, shop, contact, or signup
• Photos you upload as a reference for a graphic
• Account details if you create a login (including a profile photo if you add one)
• Messages you send through the contact / inbox tools
• Newsletter email if you join the mailing list
• Order records for archive-shop purchases (Stripe handles the card; we never see the full card number)

Optional Facebook sign-in stores the email Facebook shares with us, for business use on this site only.

How we use it

• To make and email your custom or archive graphic
• To take payment, send a receipt, and keep an order history
• To reply to you in your profile inbox or by email
• To send mailing-list notes you opted into
• To keep the site working (login sessions, abuse prevention, rate limits)

We do not sell your information. We do not rent the mailing list.

Analytics and ads

We count visits with a first-party, privacy-friendly beacon: a random browser id, no name, no email, no IP stored with that count. Google AdSense may set its own cookies if ads load; that is Google’s policy, not ours.

Who else sees it

• Stripe, to process shop payments
• Our email provider, to send graphics, receipts, and password-reset mail
• The host that runs this website and database
• Facebook, only if you use Continue with Facebook

A human at the studio reads requests, photos, and messages in order to do the work.

How long we keep it

Account, request, and order records stay as long as we need them to deliver work, handle a dispute, or keep the studio running. You can ask us to delete an account or a stored photo via contact. We may keep a minimal payment record if the law or Stripe requires it.

Your choices

You can skip creating an account and still submit a request with an email. You can stay off the mailing list. You can ask us to correct or delete what we hold on you. Password-reset mail is only sent when you ask for it.
